If the buyer had clicked on【I have paid】, but the seller did not receive the payment, the seller shall try to contact buyer, relevant reading：《How to contact another party during the trading?》.
If the seller failed to contact the buyer, please follow these instructions:
1）You have two methods to submit a request：
Method 1：Enter home page，click on【Contact Us】/【Support】;
Method 2：【OTC】→【Apply For Arbitration】
2）Enter the 【Submit a request】→【OTC Arbitration and Appeal】;
1. Click on【Me】→【Contact Service】→【Submit a request】→【OTC Arbitration and Appeal】
2. After receiving your request, the customer support team will help you.
