How can I sell tokens on PIEXGO OTC APP?

1. Open PIEXGO APP， Click on【Me】→【Sign in/Sign up】. (You can only buy and sell digital funds in OTC trading area after completing KYC verification) 

• If you already have an account, click on【Sign in】，enter your account and password, then you can sign in successfully after the security verification, then skip to Step 2.
• If you do not have an account，click on【Sign up】first. Relevant reading: 《How to register for an account?》 

2. If you have funds in your exchange account, you can trade in OTC trading area after transfer .Relevant reading: 《What is "Transfer" , and how do I transfer?》 

3. Click on home page →【OTC】or Account →【OTC】, enter the OTC trading area, click on【Sell】, select the digital funds you want to sell (Take selling BTC as an example). You have two methods to sell your BTC. 

• Method 1: In【Sell】, base on the corresponding quantity and limit, choose the online merchant according to the price and payment methods you prefer. And then enter the amount/quantity you want to sell and click on【Place Order】.

• Method 2: Click on【+】 on the top right corner, choose【My Ads】and then click on【Publish】, select the amount and quantity, enter the notes(Optional), and then click on【Publish Sell】.

If your order does not complete, you can click 【+】 →【My Ads】to check/cancel your order;

If your order has processed, you can click 【Orders】 to select the corresponding order to pay.

4. On the order page, confirm the quantity and total amount of the order, and wait for payment. You also can chat with the buyer during the waiting. 

5. After the buyer clicked on【I have paid】button, please check carefully whether the payment has arrived. You can click on【Confirm Receipt】after you had received the payment. The system will release tokens to buyer and complete the transaction.

If you have successfully completed the transaction, you can click【Transfer】to transfer your funds to the Exchange account for trading;

If the buyer click 【I have Paid】after 30 minutes, you really have not received the payment, you can click【Appeal】, customer support will follow up your request after receiving it.
