Block trades rules:
1. Cancellation of orders is not allowed in case of disagreement exists between buyers and sellers in large scale orders.
2. If you maliciously place an order, stop order, delay the payment or release of the token, you will be directly disqualified from block trades.
3. For block trades, considering the limitation of payment methods, the default payment method is bank cards.

1. Please complete the payment within the limited time of the order and then click 【I have paid】button. If the buyer cancels the order or the order is cancelled due to overtime, the system will record the buyer's cancellation times.
2. If the buyer cancels orders 3 times in one day, the purchase function of the buyers will be limited on that day.
3. If the seller cancels orders 3 times in one day, the system will limit the seller's sale function on that day.
4. If the seller does not provide valid payment information, which may lead to the system recording the buyer's cancellation of the order, and the buyer has been restricted the purchase function on that day. The buyer can contact the official platform to request the lifting of restrictions.
5. As a seller, you need to bind or provide your valid payment information. If the seller does not bind or provide valid payment information, which may cause the system to record the buyer's cancellation of the order. When the buyer has been restricted the purchase function on that day, he can contact the official platform to request the lifting of restrictions.
6. If the buyer has paid, but the buyer does not click【I have paid】in time, which causes the cancellation of the order due to overtime, the seller has the right to choose to continue or refuse the transaction. If the seller chooses to refuse the transaction, the seller must return the funds to the buyer.
7. Please do not click【I have paid】without payment or when the payment is not completed. Otherwise, this action will be regarded as a malicious act. When this type of order is being appealed, the seller can refuse to conclude the transaction. If the case is serious, the system will freeze the buyer's account.
8. If you do not pay within 10 minutes and do not respond to the seller, the seller can refuse to conclude the transaction when this order is being appealed.
9. Please select your real name payment account to pay. If you use non-real name account or other person's account to pay, the seller can choose to refund you or refuse to conclude the transaction when this order is being appealed.
10. In order to ensure the timeliness of transaction, please select real-time payment methods. During 9:00-17:00 of holidays or workdays, if the payment is more than 50,000 CNY, please pay in batches.
11. If the buyer clicked【I have paid】, but the seller does not receive the payment after two hours, the seller can refuse to conclude the transaction when this order is being appealed. Buyer and sellers may apply for arbitration on assets disputes, in order to protect the rights of both parties, PIEXGO will freeze this order until dispute is resolved.
12. Please check the latest payment method of the seller and confirm the correctness of the payment account. If the buyer does not pay to the specified account, the buyer will bear the risk of financial security on his own.
13. The funds will be locked in the platform during the transaction. If you complete the payment, please click【I have paid】. You can choose to appeal if the seller does not release the token after 5 minutes. If you have fully complied with the formal operation, we will determine that the funds belong to you.
14. If the real name of the payment account is inconsistent with that of the platform authentication, the seller has the right to choose the following operations:
Require the buyer and payer to carry the ID card or passport to make a KYC video in order to prove the legal origin of the funds.
Refund the money and refuse to complete the order.
The token will be held at least 72 hours, and the seller can decide to release or refund the money after 72 hours.
Note:
Buyers can note the six digits of the order reference number in the payment note.
This order reference number is only used to indicate that the remittance corresponds to the order. If the buyer's payment arrives at the account as agreed, this act will be considered as having followed the rules of the transaction.
Please do not fill in keywords such as BTC (BitCoin), PIEXGO, etc., if you do that, the seller has a right to refund and refuse to complete the order.
Seller User Notes:
1. Please confirm the price you have sold during the transaction. If the buyer has not abnormal acts, we will determine that the funds belong to the buyer when this order is appealed due to price.
2. As a seller, you need to bind valid information that corresponds to the real-name authentication. It is strictly prohibited that providing the information differs from the real-name authentication. If this situation is verified, we will freeze the seller's account.
3. If the buyer has paid, but the buyer did not click【I have paid】in time, which causes the cancellation of the order due to overtime, the seller has the right to choose to continue or refuse to conclude the transaction. If the seller refuses to conclude the transaction, the seller must return the funds to the buyer.
4. If the buyer clicked【I have paid】, but the seller did not receive the payment after two hours, the seller can choose to appeal; If the buyer does not follow the rules first, which causes the payment cannot arrive into seller's account within two hours or the order is cancelled, the seller can choose to appeal, refund the payment and refuse to complete the order.
5. Please carefully check whether the real name information of the buyer's payment account is consistent with the real name information of the platform during the transaction. If not, please be careful of the risks. The seller can choose to refund and refuse to complete the order when this order is appealed. The platform will check the source of funds, and it also has the right to freeze the user's account and even cancel the qualification of certified merchant once the user accepted the non-real name payment and causes other person's account being frozen.
6. Please release the tokens in time after you loged in the net bank and confirmed that the payment is right. The buyer does not have any abnormal acts. If the seller does not release the tokens within 30 minutes after the buyer marked the order as "Paid", the buyer has the right to refund and refuse to complete the transaction. If the seller refuses to cooperate, we 'll release the tokens directly to the buyer and freeze the seller's account.
7. In order to ensure the timeliness of transactions, please make sure that you are online and can process the order in a time when you place orders. If you cannot guarantee to process orders in time, please make sure the order is off the shelves in time in order to avoid unnecessary complaints.

Note:
For disputes of trading, the platform has final explain. For the acts of abnormal freezing of orders, abnormal payments, and the acts that use the transactions to fraud, the platform can choose to freeze accounts and assist the judicial authorities to handle in a necessary situation.
